Food vendors open 4–9:15 p.m. 
Free concert by Wash Park 7–9 p.m.

Parking is limited at City Park; use the FREE shuttle bus from many locations in Westminster and Hyland Hills. GRILLS, FIREWORKS, ALCOHOL, and GLASS CONTAINERS are not allowed at the event.
